I’m on my second month of Collagen Peptides and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have also experienced less joint pain. I will continue to subscribe! I had trouble with dissolving in cold water but reached out to Vital Proteins about it and they explained how to dissolve the powder first in warm water first and now it’s been perfect every time. Great product and great customer service!

I have been using this collagen for a several months. It dissolves so easily in my coffee. I started using it when I was having a lot of aches and wasn't feeling well. I think this was one of the most helpful things I started taking at that time.

I’ve tried multiple brands of collagen powder and this one is the one I always go back to. We finally decided it was time to just sign up for the subscription because my husband and I notice a big difference when we don’t drink this regularly. My husband has always had digestion problems and as long as he remembers to put this in his water daily he goes from daily issues to rarely having any problems at all. For me, it not only helped my digestion, but I see a noticeable difference in my skin. I’m only 33, but years of night shift started really taking a toll on my skin by the time I turned 30. This has definitely helped and I have regretted it in the past, both because of my stomach and skin, if I don’t drink it regularly.
My husband puts it in water with a little lemon. I put it in my iced herbal tea and coffee. It dissolves quickly and easily regardless of what it’s in, although it does go quicker the warmer the liquid is. If you’re going to add it to a cold drink just make sure you get it mixed well before adding ice. I highly recommend this brand over any others.
