I purchased about four of these jars and after the fourth, I started to question what exactly was I putting into my body. The problem for me, I feel we all hear about something that is good for us and run out to buy it. Do we really know what these products are doing to our bodies? They haven’t been out and tested long enough to yield real results…every action equals a reaction and we don’t know what that reaction is just yet. I personally feel that everything we need is in the wholesome foods we eat. I come from the Mediterranean and have longevity in my genes. My aunts and uncles and their neighbors in Italy are all in their late 70s, 80s and 90s all of which never have put this stuff in their bodies. They and myself have been raised on farm raised animals and fruits and vegetables without pesticides along with legumes, nuts seeds and lots of soups with bones and bone marrow, again real food not a powder. I personally rather make an organic soup and add bone broth instead of these powders. Just follow their diets along with having a strong connection to your family and friends and this will be your path to ultimate health and bonus..happiness! Xox

Great product!

I purchased a month ago and the reason I did was for my hair, skin, nails and joints.
It mixes well my my coffee. All you need to do is sprinkle it very slowly across the coffee and it does not clump. Looking forward to a great results.

Too early to review - very strong odor

It's too early to see results but I was surprised by the odor. It's very strong and I have to hold my breath inorder to consume it. I've only tried it with water but I wish it didn't have such a strong odor.

Is NOT tasteless

This is the worst tasting collagen and is hard to dissolve. When mixed with cold turns to a paste.... I have to do a bunch of things to get it to dissolve. Would not recommend to anyone....

Love this brand and the collagen peptide powder supplement. However, please stop recommending 20 g per serving. All research points to around 2.5-10 g per day.
