Hate the gelatin taste

Regret buying this but love the two different gummy‘s! I tried to put this in my coffee and I could smell and taste it in the powder form:(

Not happy!

Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been!
To account for slight density changes in our collagen powder, which can happen from time to time, we adjust the scoop size accordingly. Don’t worry – we promise you’re still getting the same number of servings as listed on our canister labels!

Unflavored taste bad

The powder doesn’t mix well. I got the unflavored and it taste terrible. Mixing with a smoothie doesn’t help mask the taste. Mixing with liquid leaves chucks.

Please put the scoop back in!

I really miss the scoop on each container. I've had to use the same one over and over. Now the handle has broken off. Do you really save that much money on the playing scoops? I'm thinking of switching brands that still provide a scoop.

Very Disappointed

Received my 1st order & started using the morning of Dec 18, 2021. Using the last of it today, Jan 10, 2022. I assumed it would last a month, not the case. In those 3 weeks, I don't/did not, see or notice any changes, any effects from the product whatsoever! Yes, as with everyone else's, the container came half full and if that is normal because of "settling", then maybe let it settle before shipping in the particular container that it comes in(?)!

My order came in and opened the container to see it half empty already! I just cannot justify paying full price for an item

I’m confused…

I just opened my first container of original Collagen Peptides (unflavored). I was so excited to use it because I felt like I did so much research and finally found a product with no taste and was easily mixed with most liquids. I put one scoop in a 10 ounce glass of water and it turned into stringy sludge. It hasn’t dissolved at all and it’s stuck to the straw I used to stir it. All the reviews say it dissolves easily. This wouldn’t dissolve at all. Why? I guess I need to return it….

This is gross

I ordered this to try to help some joint pain I've been having... unfortunately, it's so gross that I can't even bring myself to use it. It's not even the flavor that's the issue, it's the consistency. It's like drinking cooking oil, and it doesn't mix that well so some of it condenses on the bottom of whatever you put it in. I tried mixing it in a smoothie to get past the nasty oil feel, but it turned into a gel ball with powder in the middle. It takes about 10 oz. of water for ONE scoop (recommendation is two scoops), so I tried to just suck it up and drink the 10 oz. of water, but by about half way my body was gagging.
