Too soon to see changes as I’m only halfway through my first jar. Time will tell. Does not mix well in cold liquid but easily dissolved in hot water. I mix it in my hot coffee and I can’t even tell it’s there and I’m one who is super picky about my coffee.

It tastes funky and never fully dissolves.

I was so excited to try this product but it’s not great. I don’t like the taste at all and it never fully dissolves so there’s a weird texture in whatever drink you put it in. I won’t be purchasing again.

Game-changer for this longtime runner!

I’ve been taking this product daily in my morning cup of coffee for 18 months. An avid runner, I had been experiencing joint pain in my knees and ankles, so decided to add this product (in addition to some specific strength training) to my routine. Not only is my joint pain completely gone, but I have more energy overall, my skin is soft, my eyes are bright, and my hair is thick! So many added bonus results! I’m 44 and know that I need this product in order to help my body restore it’s vital nutrients. I’ll never look back. Thank you, Vital Proteins!

I start every morning adding two scoops to my coffee. It dissolves instantly and doesn’t change the taste of the coffee. Since I’ve been using this product, I’ve noticed a positive change in my face. My skin appears more resilient and firmer around the jawline. I never want to be without this product.
