All the benefits of using Vital Proteins sound great, it is almost tasteless when I put it my coffee. However it is very pricey as a container doesn’t even last a month. I’m not willing to pay that every month as I assume the benefits (hair, skin, nails) will not appear until at least 6 months. Very disappointed.

Good and Expensive

The unflavored taste and mixing ability of this powder is great and i had no bad reactions to it (despite having many food allergies). I would keep using if it seemed like a fair price.

One Year - Can't Live Without

This solved so many premature aches& pains my partner and I wear feeling at 26 & 35. We are young,not even middle-aged, but we were beginning to experience stiffness & pain from lifestyles. We began this supplement about a year ago and wow, the difference that this blue canister has made. Not only does it help our muscle-aches and recovery time, but our skin, hair & nails have had noticeable improvements! Any hair loss that we had thought to "getting older" has been reversed! With biotin/keratin mixed with other essential vitamins has ,ade us look our best ever!

How to better use this product.

I just started using this item and I hope it does what it say it will do. I wanted to address comments of people saying they are getting breakouts. When you are trying a product concerning skin care you will often get breakouts in the beginning because it is how your body gets rid of the toxins. Any product that works will do this so give the product a chance before you decide not to use it. Also for those who say its not mixing well I add a little at a time mixing as I go sprinkle, stir, sprinkle, stir. Hope this helps somebody. I am not giving a high rating only becacuse I have been using it less than one month but it does mix well hot or cold and it does not change the flavor of my drink.

i have been taking Vital protein for 2 months but i dont see any improvment in skin orenails. how long does it take to show any improvments? I am on your montly delivery program and like to see something for my money. Advise?

New formula is awful

The new formula with Vitamin C is awful. It tastes horrible and does not mix well at all. Vitamin C is heat sensitive so don't add it to your morning coffee (which is what I do every day). Bad move Vital Proteins.....you just lost a time customer.
