Love the product - not the plastic packaging

I use the powder in my coffee every morning. I love the product but hate generating that much plastic waste. Can u please work on offering a compostable package or maybe allowing customers to order refill packages that would let us reuse the big containers. Thank you!

Love the product but frustrating that you don’t make in a standard 30serving container like pretty much every other mfg in the industry. Also the fact that you change your formulas between retail & online sales is extremely misleading & for the price, it’s ridiculous!

2 or 4 Tablespoons?

I bought Vital Proteins at my local grocery store and I noticed that online most labels have scoops as the serving size. Mine says 4 tablespoons is the serving size for 70 calories. It seems kind of a lot. Are those labels correct? or is it really supposed to read the serving size 2 tablespoons and the labels are are mistake? This is very confusing

Confused -missing C and Hyaluronic Acid

Ive been buying this product for a couple months now. No real changes in anything however I am more wondering why my ingredient list on mine does not include Vitamin C or the Hyaluronic Acid nor does it mention anywhere which types of collagen it provides but the front label is the same. Ive been told this is important that the label states which types of collagen it provides otherwise you don't really know what you are getting. I was hoping for type 1 and 3. I just discovered this after buying in bulk so now i have 3 canisters of this. Could not find any with C or Hyaluronic acid on the shelves of a couple stores where this is available here.

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for years, and have considered it to be a nice enough protein powder -- though I wouldn't say I've noticed a significant change in hair/skin/nails when I am taking it vs. when I am not. However, I find this new "Terms and Conditions" agreement on their packaging concerning: this does not send the message that Vital Proteins is willing to, in PR-speak, 'stand by their product.' I suggest researching "consumer forced arbitration" to learn more about the implications of these sorts of T&Cs. In the meantime, I will look for a brand that does not bind me to a "mandatory arbitration agreement" as soon as I open the package.

DISAPPOINTED!!!

I purchased this with high hopes that it would be all that it promised to be, but instead I when I opened it the container was half full. What a rip off. I expect for products to settle but this was unsatisfactory. I contacted Vital Proteins and they were very polite and agreed that this was unacceptable and they would immediately send a replacement but it never arrived. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Vital Proteins again.

Container size....

Not a fan of purchasing a container only half full...it makes it "appear" to be more than it is. Not worth the price. I get you are selling it by ounces...so make the packing more realistic to the ounces.

Ingesting this powder daily gave me some wonderfully, noticeable difference in my skin. I also noticed my finger nails no longer seem paper thin and break/tear easily. I will be doing a subscription so I do no go without! I like the chocolate flavored one as well, but feel I got the most benefit from this variant.
