Collagen Peptides is new science today....it has changed my life!

I have suffered with becoming very easily dehydrated all my life, since have rheumatic fever as a small child. I have even been rushed to emergency because of passing out. I was a hugh nothing but water drinker all my life! A recent article on the new science emerging on Gel Water led me to give it a try. Come to find out....Collagen Peptides IS pure Gel Water. After only 4 days I noticed a difference. It has been about 3 weeks now of about 3 servings per day....I am hydrating at the cellular level. Gel Water hydrates our cells and joints, regular water is only a carrier to remove waste from the entire body....both are important but yet a BIG difference!

Best "flavor"

I have tried different flavors to find my favorite and this one is the best, because it doesn't have one! I mix 2 scoops with 20 ounces of warm water in my blender bottle and then add ice after shaking and it dissolves. I have not added it to any other drinks yet because I really enjoy drinking water, especially if it has more added benefits! I add it to 20 ounces of water because there is a slight smell and taste, but with more water it goes away completely. Pleasantly surprised there really is no taste and enjoy drinking this! Four stars instead of five because of the slight smell and taste if not enough water is used.

Have bought this product each month for over a year and this months delivery was very different. It does not dissolve on its own and you can taste it

I’m a believer!

I started taking this because it said it was good for joints. I was skeptical but now I’m a believer! Within a week I noticed major improvement when going down stairs. I will definitely keep taking it every day. I just throw a couple scoops in my coffee every morning & can’t even taste it. Love this stuff!

I got my family hooked!

I had been eyeing and thinking about trying vital proteins for at least six months before I took the plunge. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's helped my skin glow, and I can see a noticeable difference in my hair and how much it has grown. I also feel an immense change in my digestion and how my gut feels after I add this to my daily coffee. After raving and raving about it I got my both my parents hooked. My mother has always had issues with thin hair and weak hair and my father with his joints when running. They've both been actively using it for a few months now and have seen a tremendous difference. I cannot recommend vital proteins enough.

Disappointed in this product. It tastes horrible and does not mix well at all. I have tried it in my coffee (which it ruins), then I tried to suck it up and drink it just mixed with water (brutal), and I have tried putting it in smoothies but it does not mix at all.

Thick hair

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (the blue container) since the end of 2018. My hair was falling out and was very thin. A friend recommended Vital Proteins and I signed up for the repeat subscription. I never have to worry about running out-a new container arrives every month. My hair is now nice and thick and grows so fast. I have to color my roots every 2 weeks due to the out growth, but I don’t mind. I am loving having thick, full and long hair in my 40s. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to have thicker, fuller, healthier hair. Oh and it is flavorless, I just put 2 scoops in my coffee every morning.
