Amazing for skin

3 months ago I suffered a horrible injury to my lower leg. Similar to a 3rd degree burn in damage, without the burn. Treatment consists of continuous wrapping, compression and time-waiting for new tissue to regenerate. 2 months ago I started taking the Original Collagen Peptides, hoping maybe that would help. Help is an understatement. My healing has exceeded all expectations. My wound care nurses say that I should be healed up in 2-3 weeks, rather than the 3-4 more months originally estimated! Since I'm post menopausal as well, I'd noticed my hair had thinned considerably, and was dull and lifeless. In the 2 months of daily use my hair has thickened up and is so shiny. A lot less hair in my hairbrush, too! Fine lines have plumped up and my nails are getting much stronger, definitely an added benefit.
I am absolutely amazed at how this product has helped me. The long, painful (and expensive!) healing process has been aided by the couple of scoops of collagen powder I add to my morning coffee. I literally see the results every time the bandages are changed, it's just amazing. Thank you so much for providing a natural supplement that has helped to improve not only my physical health but my emotional well being. 3 months of 2/week therapy and 24 hrs a day bandaging is not easy, so being able to cut my healing time in half-simply incredible. I tell everyone how amazing this product is, and you've now got a customer for life.

Vital Proteins Collagen review

I have been using the Vital Proteins Collagen for a year now, every morning with my breakfast. I blend fresh strawberries, a banana, tangerine juice with a scoop of it. I have seen multiple benefits to it. My skin looks more healthy, my gums are much healthier (and my periodontist can vouch for this) and the sore joints that I sometimes experience due to minor arthritis do not bother me. Minor cuts and bruises heal in half the time. My hair and nails are growing like weeds and my nails are much stronger as evidenced by I no longer experience any breakage. My doctor recommended me to try it. I also appreciate that the collagen comes from grass fed beef. I will continue to use it!

Hair, Nails and Skin Booster !

I am 69 and my hair has thinned out. My daughter told me about this product which she started using for her joint health as a runner. She noticed that her already thick hair had thickened up even more! I then saw a segment on Good Morning America about the beauty benefits to your skin of using Collagen Peptides and featured this product so that sold me. I have not used it very long but notice my nails are definitely stronger. I have been using some hair products which have been helping regrow and thicken my hair and I think this is also beginning to help as well. I am anxious to see how my hair is in a couple of months. I use this in my morning coffee and it has no taste at all!

A must!

I wish I would've known about this sooner! I have one scoop in my coffee for breakfast and the second at night with my chamomile tea. My hair and nails have grown like crazy and another thing I noticed is that my dark circles have gone away. Now I'm not entirely sure that I can attribute this to my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide intake but I've ALWAYS struggled with dark circles no matter what eye cream or crazy home remedies I was trying. This is the only new product that been using for an entire month and my dark circles have significantly gone away!

Using this for 2 1/2 years

I researched a lot and this is the best! I am not a celebrity follower because who really cares what they do right? I’m 60 and no one believes it! My skin, hair and nails are very healthy as I fight age tooth and nail! LOL! Also it’s what you eat and stay fit! I wish this product was endorsed by real people!

Safety Band was missing

I have been ordering for over a year until my last canister arrived with the safety band removed. I tried contacting Vital Proteins directly to no avail. I was too concerned to use the product so I threw it away and canceled my subscription.

Taste is off and Where’s the SCOOP

But we get it, you’re used to your tub coming with a scoop. Though we’re removing our scoop, you can still expect the same bone, joint, hair, skin & nails benefits from collagen peptides that you know and love. The recommended serving sizes will remain the same. We will simply change the instructions on the label, shifting from scoops to tablespoons. Exact instructions and measurements will be provided on each label for reference.

It Works!

I have been using Vital Proteins for over two years now. I cannot tell you exactly when I noticed the difference, but my hair and nails are in top shape. My nails are white and my hair is shiny and grows pretty fast for a 50 yr old. My skin has not suffered the last two winters due to the east coast cold winters. This has become a natural routine for me daily. I place in my morning coffee and go.
