I’ve been taking collagen protein for a while now. I just realized that my knee joints and my shoulder no longer creaks or feels stiff. I didn’t really realize that this was the only thing I changed. I add it to my coffee every day in the morning. It mixes well and there is no taste. Highly recommend.

Since taking this product my hair and nails have grown exponentially, my hair has stopped falling out, my joint pain is completely gone, I have more energy and my skin looks amazing! I can't even put into words how great my skin looks. The only recommendation I have, is making pill forms of this product because it is a bit of a pain to drink it in liquid and the taste isn't too great- but it's definitely bearable. This has caused me to miss a few days and even missing days, I have still seen a massive difference in my hair, nails, joints, energy and skin. I saw results as soon as three weeks, too- even being inconsistent. When i ran out, I noticed my energy significantly decrease, my hair and nails weren't growing nearly as quick, my joint pain came back and my skin started looking dull again. So yes! If you're considering buying this product, do it! You can thank me later.

I discovered Collagen Petides because I was having issues with my hair. Between hormonal imbalance and menopause, the hair was falling out in clumps.Shortly after taking the Collagen Peptides, the shedding has stopped. My hair is growing longer, stronger and shinier too.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Collagen Peptides has done wonders for my skin as well as my nails. People are constantly telling me how GREAT my skin looks!
I would highly recommend this product to everyone, and I have been! I send a picture of this product to every group chat I'm in =D

I use 1 scoop every morning in my coffee. It dissolves immediately with zero taste or smell. Since using it consistently for a little over a year, I’ve noticed how quickly my nails grow plus their strength has increased a million fold - I always tell people you could run over my hands with a truck and my nails wouldn’t budge (this from someone with a history of nails that were so frail they would peel). Also, my hair has grown and continues to grow - not length but actual new hair. My hairdresser was the one who pointed it out noticing that I had literal new hair sprouting from my entire scalp - like a human chia pet! I’ve also noticed increased regularity with my GI system.
