Highly recommend!

I've been mixing Collagen Peptides powder in with my shakes every day for probably a year, and my skin and hair couldn't look better! I trained for a half marathon last year, and had absolutely no injuries, aches or pains in the process.....I'm 43! I owe this all to Vital Proteins!

Is it too good to be true?

I am almost 4 weeks in taking 2 scoops of Vital Protein Collagen Peptides a day and can't believe how amazing I feel. It took about 3 weeks to realize THIS IS WORKING. My hair is full and thick and I have cut my nails twice already. I love lifting weights but hate the joint pain that comes with it. I am an avid exerciser and eat very well, and this supplement is allowing me to go bigger and feel stronger. Every day my husband will notice a new change - "honey, your lines in your forehead are fading." Last night at dinner he said "Your neck looks so beautiful, the lines are GONE." I can't help but wonder what the long term affects will be. It really seems too good to be true but I will keep taking it cuz I feel amazing. I am almost 49 years old and feel fantastic.

Can’t live without this Collagen

For the past 5 years, I haven’t had any day without having my collagen coffee. I take them along with me wherever I go. Also carry small sachets if I’m on a trip. This is the FIRST THING I put in my system after a huge glass of water. I add this to my black coffee, along with MCT oil and make it bullet proof. Have recommended this to all my students who workout with me, as this has been a GAME CHANGER in my life. Should I say more? :)

Not what I was expecting

I have been trying to use this for about a week now.. but every time I try to us it I can’t because it does not dissolve properly, instead it turns into like a chewed up piece of gum. Very disappointed with this purchase!!

Love how it dissolves into my coffee

I had bariatric surgery over a year ago and really have to work to keep my protein levels up where they should be. I have tried so many different powders and drinks and this is by far the best. Not only does it have a nice amount of protein and not a lot of calories it is so quick to dissolve without any annoying lumps. And since it is tasteless I can add it to whatever I need to! And the collagen has helped with the hair loss that can plague many bariatric patients.
My only issue is the container. I hope you are looking toward non plastic options in the future. We are reusing and recycling but would love to see a non plastic container. Otherwise, love, love, love this product!

Add more powder...

I've only been taking this collagen for a couple of weeks so I can't say too much about it yet. So far, I do like the way it blends and dissolves into liquids but what I don't like is how a "full" jar is only filled about 55-60%.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been!
To account for slight density changes in our collagen powder, which can happen from time to time, we adjust the scoop size accordingly. Don’t worry – we promise you’re still getting the same number of servings as listed on our canister labels!

Horrible clumping

I heard so much good about this product but I don’t know if my batch went bad or what it is, but every time I’ve wanted to use it, it clumps. If I put it in my water it clumps and I don’t want to shake my water bottle for 10 min. Am I doing something wrong because it only seems to dissolve in hot water. I don’t drink coffee and it gives my tea a very weird taste. The taste in plain water (after I finish shaking it) also isn’t good. I’m so sad! I bought this with very high hopes and I can’t seem to enjoy it as often as I’d like. im going to continue use and come back and review after I finish it.

I can say that I’m truly satisfied with this product! I wanted it mainly for the collagen purposes because I have huge bags under my eyes and starting to get lines in my lips but besides it just helping those 2 things, it helped my overall skin tone(I also have rosacea) my hair looks incredibly shiny! And my nails have been stronger! The only issue I did have was the product says it mixes well with cold drinks, which it did not but I found it easier to fill my cup with a little bit of hot water(enough to mix in the product) then add whatever drink you’re drinking with that, I usually do tea. Other than that I Highly recommend this product!!
