Newest shipment is weird

I’ve been using this for a while, but the latest shipment is definitely off. I’m not sure if it’s a formula change or what, but the previous flavorless and easily dissolved product was amazing. This new jar has so many issues I’m not sure I want to use it. Not only will it not dissolve, but when it it is stirred in to my coffee it bubbles back up alarmingly and floats on top. Definitely not normal, and not sure this is safe to ingest. The removal of the plastic scoop is super annoying too, what was the point? Before this jar I would have left a 5-star review. Bummer because I’ve really enjoyed the product thus far.

I’ve been using this for 3 months. In my early 40’s and have not noticed any changes. I used two scoops a morning. It does has a taste depending on how you use it. I liked it, but noticed no benefit. My nails break. My hair is the same. After 3 months, I feel like this should be enough time. When this tub is empty I won’t get another.

Disappointed

I love the product, but since I started I used to get full jars that lasted the month. The last several months I've been getting half full containers and I run out A week or 2 before the next shipment. I love the product, and have been able to go off of my joint supplements. Just very disappointed that I'm spending the same amount for a half jar, when I used to get a full jar. Concerned about quality control.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been!
To account for slight density changes in our collagen powder, which can happen from time to time, we adjust the scoop size accordingly. Don’t worry – we promise you’re still getting the same number of servings as listed on our canister labels!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been!

Not what it used to be

I’ve been using the original collagen peptides for about three years. I always use it in my coffee and now I find that it clumps and a film forms on top of the coffee. I opened two containers and had this happen with both. I threw it out and Will not buy this again.

No scoop & New formula

I thought I had found a solid everyday product.
The reduction of the scoop has nothing to do with a responsible future; but an increase in profits - financial future.
I hope the new formula did not reduce the beneficial ingredients to the customer. I'm not sure about this product to MY future. Researching other products.

This 49-Year-Old Loves It!

Will be 49 years old next week...and have been using for a month. Two scoops in hot tea - dissolves quickly, not much of a smell (for me) and can't taste it in the tea. My nails are usually easy to split, BUT I have noticed an improvement... my skin is usually ashy and have noticed that it appears to be more hydrated. Let me also add that since I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle that I have also been making smoothies and juicing several times a week, walking at least 5 miles several times a week. So, it could be a culmination of all these efforts too, but I plan on keeping VP as apart of my fitness journey. Hope this review helps someone!

Have Been Using Since January

We didn’t know exactly why we were adding collagen peptides to our diet other than it was part of our Keto lifestyle change. Since January my wife has become more educated on the benefits of collagen peptides and the long term benefits are now visible to us!
I noticed my wife’s arms are tighter & the cellulite she had on her outer upper arms is gone! She hasn’t worked out due to recovering from surgery so the improvement is amazing. She commented on how her facial skin is also tighter.
I have vertical deep crevices running along my forehead, which seem to have diminished in depth and my skin texture is much better, seemingly more hydrated & plumper.
Vital Proteins collagen peptides is a definite permanent part of our healthy lifestyle.

Read the disclaimer under the lid before opening!

Unopened and returned because of the odd disclaimer under the lid acting as the seal. Be sure to go the website to read the disclosure. The exact address is on the seal. Felt real off putting and makes me wonder why such a warning/disclosure is needed.
