Store product not the same as online product

Who knew??? Read the fine print and compare labels.
Store product looks the same, until you look at what is offered online.
Online product contains more beneficial ingredients, than the store product. i.e. online product ingredients include hyaluronic acid and vitamin C.
Store product looks the same but isn't. So disappointed. I thought I purchased the same product in the store, until I looked online and compared the labels. :(

Hi there! Our single ingredient Collagen Peptides can be found at retail stores nationwide such as Target, Costco, Walgreens, etc. Our Collagen Peptides with hyaluronic acid and vitamin c are sold exclusively on our website and Amazon.

Buyer beware. This is NOT the “ Original “ product

You can see the distinct differences clearly by carefully reading the two labels side by side. “Original” and “Advanced”
1. Color has changed. This formula is pure white unlike the original that has brown speckles throughout.
2. The “Original” formula that I ordered has the Amino Acid Profile listed on the label. This “Advanced” formula does not. Why is this now missing on the “Advanced” label?
3. The “Original” formulation is Kosher, this “Advanced” formula is not!
4. The “Original” formulation is Whole Thirty approved. This “Advanced” formula is not.
5. The “Original” formula label reads “Dairy FREE” and “Gluten FREE”.
The Advanced formula label reads “Made without Dairy” and “Made without Gluten”indicating possible cross contamination with the “new” manufacturing process??

This new “Advanced” formula is not what I ordered and not what I need. If I cannot continue to get the “Original” formula, I will be canceling my subscription and I definitely want a refund for the “Advanced” formula version I just received today.

Color: When exposed to air overtime, the vitamin C can oxidize and result in “brown specks”. Because you’re likely comparing an older product with a newer one, you’re seeing the variation in color.

Vital Protein Collagen Peptides, liquid love!

I started using Vital Protein Collagen Peptides in my coffee 2 years ago. I absolutely see and feel the difference in my body. My joints are healthier and for me that’s huge! I’m 67 years old and have run my whole life. I noticed aches and pains starting to creep up on me. I added Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to my morning coffee and wow what a difference! It dissolves completely and doesn’t change my espresso coffee at all. It’s reasonably priced and has definitely made a difference in this girls life. I only wish I had started using it in my twenties!

I used this every day for about 3 weeks before I had to stop. For starters, it is easy to use and add to a variety of drinks or foods to take. The flavor is really good. But - I didn’t correlate it right away, but I was “gaining” a considerable amount of weight in those three weeks. I put that in quotations because it wasn’t actual weight gain, I was just retaining so much fluid and bloating like crazy. I finally realized it was the collagen doing this. I stopped using it and immediately I began to go back down to my original weight. While it did help keep me full and feel full, it was really just making me bloated, constipated, and swollen.
I looked it up later and realized that this is a common problem for collagen supplements. Unfortunately this brand is no different. So just a heads up, you may experience very uncomfortable digestive issues taking this regularly.
It is disruptive enough to me to the point that I will not be continuing to take this.

First time purchase

I just purchased this product. Upon taking the top off I noticed the seal says that if I open the package that I am agreeing to the terms and conditions on vitalprotein.com. If not, to return for a refund. I am reluctant to open. What is it I am agreeing to and why is the print on that seal so light you can barely read this? It is the first time I am purchasing a collagen product. I never give ratings especially negative (I don’t give one) but to ask questions you require one. Unfortunately, since I am unable to use at this point, the rating has to be a low one. I value honesty and transparency. And this does not make me believe in your product.

Hair Growth!!!

I have been putting this in my coffee for the past 14 mths. My hair has grown so much. I am also a hypothyroid patient. I stans behind this product and recommend it 100%. My proof is in my picture. These 2 pics are exactly a year apart AND I had two 3" trims this last year.
And I feel my skin is more supple. I turned 47 this year.

I love love this product..

I take vital proteins and started 3 months ago because I lost hands full of hair daily. I started with 1scoop for a week then went for 2 scoops because I have a sensitive stomach. I also added biotin gummies. After a couple of weeks my hair stopped falling out I could shower and not have to cry because the drain was not full of hair. Then I stopped getting my hair colored because I was so afraid so with grey roots all over I started getting baby fuzz and I waited 3 months and my hair was feeling better than before I went and got my hair colored and cut and it looks amazing. I will never stop taking vital proteins. P.S. my face is as soft as a babies bottom at age 57. This is so nice because I am disabled and take 15 medications a day plus 5 prns so you can imagine how much junk is in my body. This has made me feel fantastic. Also my nails looks great.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
