My energy levels and skin have never been better! I love how versatile this product is too! I can have it in my morning coffee, a smoothie, or even in over night oats. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] using this as an athlete is so easy…collagen is so important for our tendon health and has really helped reduce the amount of tendon injuries on our team since we started using it! super easy to put in oatmeal or add to smoothies and water and a great way to add an extra boost of protein too! it is unflavored and you can’t taste anything at all!

It doesn’t have a flavor so you can enjoy it how you want to! The amazing things it has done for my hair and nails is worth it in itself, and the added benefits are awesome. I love this stuff!

Hmmm .. still don’t know if i like it..

So i bought my first tub about 2 months ago and i thought it wasn’t too bad when i mixed it into my coffee. I don’t know if it was mind over matter but i feel like i could taste it, even though it was flavorless. Second time i ordered it, it was much more clumpy and gooey when i put it in my coffee. It’s been a chore to finish the container and I’m not sure if i want to continue ordering this product. I’m not seeing a difference in my nails or hair or skin, but some days i think i have less stiffness in my joints. Still on the fence…

No noticeable improvement

After taking the collagen for several months, I still don't see a huge difference, especially in my dry skin. Everyone has different results, I guess.
