I’ve been taking vital proteins collagen for six months now. My skin is improved with fine wrinkles gone. My hair is thicker and my joint pain non existent most days. It did take about six weeks to fully kick in.

I have been taking this every morning for almost four months and I have been seeing nothing but benefits! I started taking this after noticing a lot of hair loss from treatment and was looking for something to help promote growth. Not only has it done that, it has saved my brittle nails (another issue from treatment) and my achy joints!! A savior for sure!

I mix two scoops of the collagen peptides into my daily yogurt breakfast and you cannot taste or feel it!
