Vital Proteins UNFLAVORED collagen peptides is now part of my morning routine. One of the best parts is that it is truly unflavored. A scoop in my morning coffee gets my day off on a good start. I have been using this product for about 6 months and I have noticed an improvement in my joints especially in my knees. This is a product I will be sticking to.
