Helped my hip

My Dr recommended I start taking collagen to help my hip pain from osteoarthritis as I am not ready for a hip replacement. I started taking Vital Protein since she recommended this brand and I have noticed improvement in my range of motion and decrease in the pain!

I've been using this for almost a month (every day in the am) and haven't noticed any change whatsoever in skin, hair, energy like some people had mentioned. Not really sure what the hype is.

Really see a difference

I put two scoops in my hot coffee (I make sure that my coffee is extra hot so I put it in the microwave for a little under a minute) so it dissolves better.
I was skeptical about the brand at first. I thought the celebrity endorsement was the only reason for the price tag. I did a lot of research and found that Vital Proteins is the best out there, high quality, effective, with the perfect amount of vitamins and proteins.
Tastes like how all collagen powder tastes, takes about a week to get used to it and once you do, it actually tastes good. It makes your coffee extra creamy.

I've been taking it every morning for the past month and I notice a big difference in my nails. My nails are stronger than usual and they do not break as easily.
I would definitely recommend this protein powder.

I am 70 years old and had a heart attack and open heart surgery in the spring. I have been looking for ways to improve my health. On top of eating healthy and moving more, I have been using the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for about 3 months. I heard it was good for joints and heart health so I thought I would give it a try. I do feel like my joints are much better. I also notice my nails are stronger and my hair looks better too, so that's a bonus.
