I bought Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides because I saw an ad with Jennifer Aniston and she revealed that this is what she uses. So, I ordered it and I'm glad I did. I like to watch the scoop of collegen peptides just disappear in my coffee without stirring.

I have noticed since using thes every morning that my 'widow's peak' hair is regrowing. My hair has gotten thinner with age, however it looks like it did 10 years ago
