I use the Collagen Peptides once a day in my tea and I love it. It does have a very minimal flavor, but it doesn't ruin my tea or anything, and it didn't take long to get used to it. I have noticed after a few months of using it that my hair, nails, and skin feel great, as well as my overall wellness since I workout daily.
