After about a month of consistent use I could tell that my nails are definitely growing faster, they are stronger as well my skin seems to be healing with a glow. The ingredients in this product immensely helped my skin. I recommend you try this and commit to use it for 2 months consistently before you decide if it’s not for you.

I have been taking this product for a few months now & have noticed a difference. My hair & nails have grown quickly. The only down side is that it’s hard to dissolve in cold liquids.

I am a former athlete that used to use a lot of protein powders, but as I’ve gotten older, I am not as interested in bulky muscle, as much as I am about lean muscle and healthy joints. Collagen is the perfect solution. Vital Proteins is probably the most trusted collagen powder brand on the market, and the product is great, but my only complaint is the price per serving size. It is extremely expensive in comparison to the typical bodybuilding.com protein powders. I understand a little bit of a mark-up as the biggest collagen powder brand, but I just wish they’d at least sell it in bigger bulk at a much lower price per serving.

It's completely flavorless, and I use 1-2 scoops in my morning coffee cup everyday.
I've seen the difference, my hair is not falling as much, and my nails have never been stronger. Also, a major positive change in my muscle recovery.
Highly recommend.

I used it for a month that is how long 2 scoops a day lasted. I really didn't notice much difference with my body. Maybe you have to take it longer I don't know.

After using this product everyday (2 scoops) in my coffee. I’m happy to say seeing several improvements in skin, elasticity and glow. I do drink one bottle of Vital water collegians everyday. My overall health is better, joints and muscles feel stronger. The powder is tasteless and I do suggest making sure it’s mixed in with your coffee. The powder can clump up in a travel mug.
