Firm skin!

Been using for 6 months and can definitely tell the difference! Might add that I have a one month old & made it through my pregnancy with zero stretch marks and I think this was a big part of the solution! Dissolves in coffee or tea perfectly!

After drinking VP Collagen Peptides every morning for the past few weeks, I have become an official subscriber every 3 weeks. I mix it with my cold brew coffee every morning.
I fill a Mason Jar about 1/2 full with the cold brew, add 2 scoops of VP collagen peptides, mix well
(using either a hand frother or immersion blender), then top it off with some Oat Milk.... Delicious!
Sometimes I use Vanilla Oat Milk, occasionally I’ll use Almond Milk either plain or vanilla. Either way, the powder dissolves quickly, is easy to digest, makes me feel full and I am noticing some more benefits too... a little less joint pain, and my 51 year old skin looks really great! I will update review with more specific attributes after another month or so. Definitely recommend trying Vital Proteins!

Difficult to blend

I have been using the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a little over a month now and have noticed I have more mobility and energy. I have also noticed my skin looks healthier. It's so easy to take, I just put a scoop in my morning coffee and it doesn't change the taste.

I have been using this product for 6+ months and 2 things that i have noticed have happen is (1) I have a knee that doesn't pain me as much anymore & (2) my hair is not as grey anymore - I'm actually getting patches of dark hair in my grey - 1st noticed it in my beard (I'm a 64yo man) then noticed it happening to the hair on my head
