Healthy and subtle

In black tea or black coffee, I do not taste this powder. I think there a tiny bit more body in the tea, and not noticeable at all in my black coffee.
Always hard for me to notice benefits like “lines the gut”. I don’t have joint pain so I can’t review it’s efficacy there.

I’ve been using Vital Proteins for almost a month now, and the results are far beyond my expectations! My skin is glowing, it is clear, tight and youthful. My nails—which were breaking for the last 8 years or so—are strong again, and my new hair growth is superb!

Does not dissolve easily in cold liquids

I’m not a coffee drinker so when I read that this powder dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids, I thought I would try it with my juice in the morning… it doesn’t dissolve easily at all. It gets very clumpy and ends up either clumping onto the spoon I’m using to stir it or just sitting at the bottom of the glass. If you’re someone who likes to drink hot coffee or tea everyday, this might be better for you. Unfortunately, it’s not for me.

I think this help cure my knee pain

I've been really into running for 5 years and using this collagen for 1 year. I had persistent runners knee but haven't felt that in a while! Its the only change I made.

Great Product!

I started using this about. Month ago and like it a lot. My nails and hair are growing nicely. The powder mixes great with my cup of coffee in the morning. No clumping and tastes great. I initially purchase cuz I wanted smoother skin and less wrinkles. Helping a little Bit so far with that. I will give it more time.
