Honestly, I've been using this product for a few months now and not much has changed. My nails grow a little bit faster, but they are still weak, so they break. My hair isn't growing any faster. But hopefully something happens soon

Starting to help joint issues

This product takes awhile to show much of any benefits but I find it so easy to stock with it. I'm terrible about remembering daily vitamins but keep my tub of Vital Proteins beside my coffee pot. I always start my day with coffee so it's easy to scoop out my collagen and dump it in my coffee every morning. I don't really notice any taste at all and I drink my coffee black with zero sweeteners or creamer to mask any taste! I find that it's best to scoop it into my coffee and allow it to all fully sink into the coffee on it's own. If you stir it before then, it could cake to the side of your spoon/stir. I do a quick stir after it sinks and enjoy my coffee as if it t weren't even there. I started Vital Proteins beginning of March 2021. Joint pain is starting to become noticably less and some of the fine lines (crow's feet and smile lines) have diminished some. I haven't noticed a difference in hair or nails but that is not something you'd likely see at 4 months. I believe that if I stick with this product, I will see those benefits. This isn't a quick fix. It's a supplement for some of the things we naturally start to lose as we age. My only nit-picks would be asking the company to consider sending free samples (or offering the option of a free travel packets of the product the preferred product that we purchased with EVERY order.... Not just the first few orders). Also, please stop placing the measuring cup in the canister. Digging for it is not fun. It makes you realize how incredibly sticky the powder is when it gets on your hands and mixes with any moisture. An easy solution would be to adhere it with tape/gummy glue to the top or side of the outer side of the container. Overall, I think this product is legit if you're willing to stick with it to see progress.

I LOVE it! It works wonders!

I have been using for four months now. I started feeling results after 2-1\2 weeks. Much sooner than most. And it has continued to work on joints, hair, nails, skin and overall youthful appearance. I get compliments all the time. I will be switching to the Marine because I am a Pescatarian. Hopeful it will work just a well or better. Just give it a try and be consistent. I try and take it around same time each day. I mix with water rather than juice, as I initially did, to avoid the sugar. Not bad tasting. Reminds me of powdered milk. I am a SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Clumps

I really wanted to love this product. However it clumps in anything that is not hot. Even room temperature water. A little disappointed.
