Feeling better

I started taking vital proteins collagen peptides about 3 months ago. I bought it mostly for my joints. I have noticed my skin and nails are much better. My nails used to break and peel. I'm still waiting to see if it can help my joints. I have osteoarthritis. My back and knees have had surgery, I'm hoping it will prevent other issues with my joints. I recommend giving it a try. If you order through vital proteins program it will save you money. You can't taste it but i have found it blends better in hot water. If you want a smoothie try mixing it in hot water before putting it in a cold before mixing.

I’m on the canister and my hair, nails, and skin have improved beyond expectations. The small bald spot on my scalp is GONE!!!! My skin smoother!!! And nails are healthy with decrease in breakage, ridges. It’s nice to wear finally be able to wear nail polish beyond one day!!!! I have increased energy and enjoying long walks again ! Add 1 scoop to my morning g cup of joe.

I’m so disappointed that they added ascorbic acid to my favorite collagen. We only consume whole food vitamin C in our home, as other forms inhibit the body’s ability to properly absorb certain minerals. I have been using VP for years but now have to switch to a different brand.

Won’t mix, just clumps into a gooey mess

I was very excited to try this because I had heard good things but I’m so disappointed. I’ve tried to mix with water, room temp water and veggie juice and it just goos around the sides and clumps up in big wads.

Promising results

I have been using this do almost a month. I have a very sensitive digestive system and do not eat any red meat. With that said, I had to adjust my dosage to 1 scoop because it did give me bloating and stomach upset. It took about 2 weeks for the digestive issues to settle down and now I am using 1.5 scoops. At 59, this month, I have always felt skinny fat. Look great in clothes but dimples in arms and thighs/butt. It didn't matter what exercise I did. I had an automobile accident that resulted in many surgeries which also set me back. I am happy to say that in this short time I have noticed the dimples dissipating and another skin with tone replacing it. I'm not completely there yet, promising YES! I will update as time goes on. For now I am not leaving home without this stuff!!

BEST THING I EVER BOUGHT!!!!

I had a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic and wound up in the hospital almost dying for nine days. As a result of this traumatic experience I lost about 50% of my hair. I went to a dermatologist and was told I lost my hair due to the Traumatic experience my body endured. I tried many many things to get my hair to come back. NOTHING WORKED! Until I saw the commercial for a vital proteins. I said well why not let’s try one more thing. Well five months later, it has done wonders for my hair and also my skin. My hair is what I was most concerned about. My hairstylist even noticed a difference in the thickness and fullness of my hair, she said my hair was 4 Times thicker than the last time I was there which was about 6 months prior. I will never stop using vital proteins. All I do is put two scoops in my coffee every morning and that’s it. No taste only amazing results! Thank you vital proteins for giving me my self-confidence back! Truly amazing product and I definitely 1,000% recommend for anyone. I am a customer for life!

Awesome for skin!

I started taking this 2 1/2 months ago for joint health. I have always had somewhat dry skin and am a slow healer. I cut my finger last week when opening a can and it healed so fast! This is a benefit I wasn't expecting that is so great for me!

When I was a kid, I had the worst case ever of acn

My skin looked terrible; the pores were big due to my acne and I always seemed to have pimples and blackheads. I started taking collagen at the age of 73. Now, my pores are closed and my skin looks terrific. No one asked me for an endorsement, I just wanted other women to know about collagen, and what it can do.
