Great for nails!

Been taking these with my morning coffee for a few months now and I've been pleased with the results so far. It's completely flavorless so I don't even know it's there. My entire life I've only been able to grow my fingernails while pregnant. As soon as the baby is out they start breaking. I had my baby in March and started collagen shortly after and my nails are getting so long! I actually had a stranger compliment my long nails and usually mine are broken stumps.

I bought this month's ago notice my hair more softer, nails longer, more energy uses it in my coffee has no taste, could be a little cheaper for the size of the canisters.

Helps with joint pain

I have terrible joint pain. I tried this and felt better , I did this for 3 weeks and when I ran out I noticed this really helped me with the joint pain. The rest is a plus as we grow old we lose the collagen. Give it a try !!

In my mid 50’s my hair started to thin. My stylist told me about this. I was hesitant because I don’t like anything added to my morning coffee but it really doesn’t change the flavor or consistency of my morning black coffee. Best part….my hair is thickening up again! Woot woot!

I’ve tried sooo many “clean” proteins and have always been left with a “bad taste in my mouth”. This is the first time I feel like I can mix my protein in absolutely anything and everything!!! I love it!! I’m never looking back. The hype is real and I’m here for it!
