Thicker hair; like the paperboard packaging

A middle-aged male, I've been taking this for nearly a year, mainly having been spurred by the hope for whole-body benefits in skin and connective tissue. On the surface level, I've noticed my hair is thicker. The product is not cheap, so I make the container last longer by taking it every other day instead of every day. I have no problem with the new packaging -- it's rather ingenious! Just read the (very brief) instructions on how to open it. It has a nice lightweight feel, and I'm happy to use less plastic.

Great product, despite the whiners in the comments

Apparently many commenters don't have opposable thumbs!
I'm on my second container and didn't have a problem following the instructions or opening either one of them. I guess I'm highly evolved. I like the sustainable packaging and would rather deal with that than microplastics.
The powder dissolves easily in hot liquids and doesn't have a flavor. If anything it adds a slight creaminess. I'll definitely continue to use it!

Advanced Product Gives Me Gastric Reflux

I've almost finished my first order after switching from Vital Proteins non-advanced Collagen. I just realized, after nearly a month, that the new version is the cause of the Gerd I've been struggling with for exactly that amount of time. I've received my second container via your auto ship program but have yet to open it. Can I exchange it for the old, works better with my body version?I Or if no exchange is possible return it for a refund? As for the packaging: the first time I tried to open it I didn't do a good job of following the directions, and ended up gnashing my teeth and transferring the product into another container. The second time I followed the directions precisely, and all was well. I appreciate your focus on reducing plastic in my body and on the planet. I gave the product 3 stars due to my personal body issue.

Terrible packaging

The new cardboard packaging is absolutely awful and removing the spoon was completely ridiculous. Will not be purchasing again.

Lid not customer friendly.

Cannot open the lid. Had to cut it off. A piece of junk. Product spilled. A waste of money. Sooo disappointed in your new packaging. Trying to save a buck is costing you a lot in customer loyalty.

Gloppy but effective

Doesn’t mix well in a cold drink. Lots of globs. Packing so bad, i threw the container out and dumped into my own container. Hopefully, it’s working. Joints do feel better. Like that it has vitamin C.

Horrible Packaging Tub Option

New to this product but the packaging is horrible to use, hard to open and not putting in a measurable scoop is a big loss. I’m a packaging engineer in the food industry and there are many other paperboard options that are sustainable for powders that are more consumer friendly. This one is poorly executed. I don’t know if the product works yet as my initial interaction on the first try was struggling to open the container. Seems like the product is fairly tasteless and dissolves easily. I’ll continue use to see if I see results and/or get so frustrated with the packaging that I buy another brand with more user friendly opening and re-seal features WITH a scoop included!

Been using this product for several years in my morning coffee. Always had a small issue with it being a little difficult to dissolve. However they must have changed the formula just a bit because my last shipment dissolved immediately! Great improvement and thank you!
