I can't start my day without Collagen Peptides!

I have been using VP Collagen Peptides daily for the past 3 years and I cannot imagine starting my day without adding peptides to my morning tea. My nails used to break and split and are now strong as steel and grow like weeds. My hair was thinning as I'm aging but not feels thicker and stronger than ever. My joints feel so much better too! The added protein in the morning also gives me energy and curbs my appetite. Best self care habit I could have ever developed - I see the benefits every day.

I add one serving each morning to my morning shake and find it super easy to get all the nutrients without a bad taste. Can’t get any easier than that! I’ve tried both the unflavored and chocolate and enjoy them both equally. Excited to try the new collagen gummies to boost my results.

Love my Collagen Peptides

I’ve been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for going on 2 years now. I put 2 scoops in my coffee every morning. I like that it has so many beneficial ingredients in it and when I use it I feel like I am doing something good for my body, especially now that I am in my 30s. Since I started using it I noticed an improvement in my skin and my recovery time after exercising. Also I am currently 6 months pregnant, and have continued to use the Collagen Peptides during my pregnancy after having my doctor’s approval. He said it would probably help with constipation during pregnancy, which can be a problem for a lot of women, but I have not had any problems with so far. I will continue to take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides as long as they keep making it and I recommend it to friends and family if I think it would benefit them as well :)
