Problem with new packaging

Even though I have been using VP for a few years now with mostly positive results. I had a batch that tasted off , and you resolved by replacing. Thank you. My issue now is the new packaging. I am a big believer in sustainable packaging and reducing plastics. However this just doesn’t work.My husband had to get pliers to pull open the tab with my holding the container. We are mature active adults and couldn’t believe it. Please consider reworking the process. I may consider using a different brand and not go thru this.

Our new paperboard canister is a new initiative that will help us further reduce our plastic production; this canister will help us eliminate roughly 1800 metric tons of plastic from the waste stream annually! As this is our first iteration of our paperboard canister, your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be forwarded to our product design teams for direct considerations in improvements as we move forward with this material!

The new packaging is great that they use less plastic. However I had to destroy the packaging to open it. I thought it was cute at first when I read pull here don’t twist you got this. And I didn’t think it was cute when I didn’t have it.

As for opening the canister, we do not recommend using anything sharp like a knife or scissors to open your packaging. If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. If you can pre-break the some of the perforated line, this should allow you to lift the lid with more ease. Thank you for the prompt response concerning my last purchase. The replacement canister was what I had experienced from my previous purchases and will continue to use the collagen peptides from Vital Proteins.

Powder in new packaging tastes terrible.

I love the product hate the new packaging. Ever since it changed, the powder has an off taste. Can’t describe it but it’s not flavorless anymore and has more of a sour taste. Why change a good thing.

I love this, so easy to use and it dissolves quickly and completely and I can’t even tell it’s in my coffee. And as for complaints about opening the new package, I don’t understand, the directions are printed right there!

Love the product But having real problem with the

I buy the chocolate and use it in my coffee. Love this product and. Have purchased more than 25. In the beginning, they had a great little scoop, but that was discontinued, which was OK. Fortunately I had saved one. Now there’s this new cardboard packaging. I understand sustainability but my senior hands could just not get the top pulled off. I ended up having to take a sharp knife to the cardboard and butcher the leg to get the product out and then transfer it to another container please, please, find a happy in between I just cannot manage this container.

The worst experience ever!

I guess there is nothing better than go w sustainability! No matter how unusable this NEW - container is! The person responsible for designing this should return the diploma and retire for ever! What is the purpose of this - other than to anger your customer ? I will never ever purchase this, not because the powder is bad, but because I CANNOT store the actual product. I spend 30 minutes opening the paper container - ended up to cut it in to pieces
Now I am trying to find jar - to store the powder- so it doesn’t get moister in it!
