Hate New cheap cardboard container!!

I do love product but Hard to evaluate when I hate the new cheap cardboard container. Very disappointed. Trying to cut corners & save money. I hope you change back soon or may have to elsewhere.

Careful use

Sadly, I developed a whole body rash from this product. I have no known allergies. Once I stopped, my skin cleared up.

Expecting optimal results!

I believe this products is contributing to my overall health and wellness, specifically I am working to maintain my strength and vitality, and to support my skincare regimen. I am 73 years old and hope to continue with my physical well-being for as long as possible.
My only challenge is to include the product in more than just morning smoothies. I have tried adding it to other drinks, yogurt, etc and I don't care for the taste or texture it lends to these things.

Poorly designed Packaging

You need a video on how to successfully open this new cardboard container. I have used your product for years and I am ready to return this unopened product and find one with better packaging.

As for opening the canister, we do not recommend using anything sharp like a knife or scissors to open your packaging. If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. If you can pre-break the some of the perforated line, this should allow you to lift the lid with more ease. Good product BAD new packaging

Your new tub is extremely difficult to open. You need to take into consideration that older people do not have the strength or flexibility in their fingers to open it. I had to use a knife to crack it open. Luckily, I still had the old tub to use.

Owned by Nestle & Quality Went WAY Down

Just found out this company was bought out by NESTLE!!! I noticed the quality has gone way down from many years ago and of course they were bought out by this mega corp.
Its not only important to look at the ingredients of your food, but apparently who owns the company as well. I prefer to support people who actually care about your health — nestle owns many companies that conflict with my values.
Will no longer be buying this product.

The quality has gone down significantly. Then I found out they are owned by Nestle.
I value clean ingredients AND finding out who owns companies. I will not be buying again.

Do not recommend the new container

I would not buy this again with your ridiculous new packaging. The pull tab didn't work, ripped the top after I had to force it with a knife. I completely ruined the container with your flimsy, shrinkflation packaging that saves plastic. I will not buy it again unless I can get an original container.
