Love the product but can't open it!

Have used this product for several years. It's sad to say but I have decided to no longer
purchase it. All because of the new cardboard opening. I have struggled with it the last few times, but this time I had to cut it open. I am a senior and I can't pull it open.

I’ve been using your product for years and I love it however I don’t love the new packaging. It’s almost impossible to open. Can you change the opening without causing all the frustration? Cardboard is fine but definitely needs a better way to open! Thanks for considering.

Packaging is impossible to open. Broken nails, almost stabbing myself with a knife to just get into the package. Good grief. I will go to another product.

Hate the Packaging

Packaging is horrible! I've been taking this for a few years but that may change! Today I used a screwdriver to open the cardboard!

Impossible to open

I used this product all the time until you changed the container. It is nearly impossible to open! I agree with all the other folks who have commented on this. I understand the desire for a "sustainable" future, but your product may not survive to get you there. Please take this seriously. I will have to go to another product since I cannot get into your container any longer.

Worst packaging on the market

The new cardboard container is literally the worst packaging on the market. They apparently did ZERO real product testing with people who are like their customers. The powder is still great, but if I have problems getting into it, or resealing it because of terrible packaging choices, they have a problem. I'm all for paperboard products when it makes sense, but this apparently is one of those times where the JV team did the designing. Switch to a metal tin or take a note from the oats people. This isn't a new problem that hasn't already been solved for literally 100 years!
