Great product but HORRIBLE packaging

HORRIBLE new packaging! I aggressively support your effort to reduce plastic in your container but it is impossible to open per the instructions. I literally shredded the first container & then refilled my old plastic one. Send this back to your engineering group ASAP before your sales are impacted.

New Container Awful

Can't use a product when I can't get the new cardboard lid open. Love the product and used for years, but if I can't open your new container I have no need to purchase anymore. Once opened (haven't been able to get my newest cardboard container open) the lid falls open when grabbing from the cupboard so you have to be careful how you move it. After years of using this daily, I have to discontinue due to lack of useable container.

New packaging is not user friendly.

New packaging is super hard to open and not user friendly. The easy peasy open video tutorial is not how it works. I destroyed the lid opening the container. A bag with a zip top would sure be more friendly.

Plastic can

Product itself is great. BIG PROBLEM CAN'T GET IT OPEN. TERRIBLE PAPER CAN. VERY BAD FOR OLDER PEOPLE WHO CAN'T OPEN. HAD TO GET KNIFE AND CUT IT OPEN. PLEASE GO BACK TO PLASTIC WITH TURNABLE TOP. IF YOU CAN'T OPEN IT THAT MEANS YOU CAN'T USE IT SO WHY BUY IT.

Worst packaging ever

I am not sure who the marketing genius is behind the new cardboard packaging but for me it is an epic fail and although I have been using the product for a while, that ceases with my last purchase.
