Plastic Container To Cardboard Was A Bad Move.

The change from an easy open plastic container that resists moisture intrusion to the hard to open cardboard container drove me to another supplier of this product. Make the plastic container a purchase option and I'll be back.

VERY HARD TO OPEN WITH NEW PACKAGING!

I hate the new packaging. Worse thing ever. It is not easy to open. Pull here don't twist, you got this. NO, I didn't get it. It was so hard to open. I have been buying this for many years, and now you are making it difficult to open. The packaging team couldn't come up with anything better? So disappointed. I won't be buying this again because of the packaging. The product itself is replaceable. Too bad! I was a customer for many years.

How to store the product in the tropics' humidity

Hi, I love the product, which is excellent, however since the new packaging has been introduced I am wondering how to store it properly. I live in the tropics and humidity is very high. May i transfer the collagen powder into a tupperware and keep it in the fridge? I fear that in the paper packaging it will get mouldy very soon.

Great idea on packaging and still a great product!

Good product, and I agree the package is not easy but once I figured it out it works perfectly fine! So happy to do away with plastic! I like to mix it with my smoothie, but recently I tried stirring it into my cold cup of almond milk and noticed it gelled. That's kinda weird. Still like this product!

Not the best formula for me.

I have been using vital proteins collagen for several years and have been pleased. This is my first time using the advanced formula. I don’t particularly care for the advanced formula as it seems to cause bloating in me. I will be returning to the original formula. I also ant to comment on the new packaging. I’m not a fan; it’s difficult to open and easy to spill.

Too hard to open

I really struggle opening the new paperboard canister. I just bought my 2nd one. I struggled opening the first one and ended up using pliers and messing up the lid. For this 2nd canister, I followed the video instructions of pinching the rim and pulling, and I still couldn’t open it as instructed and had to use tools. That’s not safe. Please consider changing to a screw top. I will choose another brand that is easier to open until then. Additionally, once open, it’s not secure. I really like your product, but if I cannot easily open it myself, it’s of no use.

HATE, HATE, HATE THE NEW CONTAINER.

HATE, HATE, THE NEW PACKAGING! I don’t think that this change is going to save the earth! Love the product but will have to look elsewhere. It’s no fun having to use a knife to open the top and store it in a completely different container. I could live with the removal of the scoop, but I can’t live with the change to the lid.
