New packaging is not disability friendly

While the product is great, the new packaging is horrible and not disability friendly. The glue is so strong, I have to use a box knife to open it.

I love it for my nails and love the new packaging!

My nail were in bad shape after taking off acrylics and gel polish. I started taking this product and of course it doesn't happen overnight but within a few weeks my nails became stronger and didn't split or tear. ALSO I love the new packaging!!! Less waste, use your own tablespoon. It tells you exactly how to open the container with "Lift here, you got this" !!! OMG it cracks me up every time LOL

I've been taking it for just over a month and already my nails show improved growth at the bases.
Re packaging: score the perforations first with a knife (or fingernail), then the top will pull up easily AND it will close without a problem and with a good seal.

Packaging change defeated me!!

I love the actual product and took it for several years, but the packaging has defeated me. I have arthritis, and it's unfair to suggest that those of us who have problems with opening the container aren't reading the instructions--we are, but just don't have the finger strength to pinch and pull! I've gone between buying a rival brand and hacking at a Vital Proteins container with a carving knife to transfer it to an old, plastic canister. Hate, hate, hate the new packaging.

Terrible packaging

I've been buying this product for years, but I'm done. The new packaging is horrible! I've hung in there hoping you change back, because I destroy the package every time. Time for a new brand.

The packaging is tough

I have been using this product for several years. The packaging has been a struggle for me!!! VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN!!!! Pulling that plastic string is almost impossible!!! And the lining on the top is extremely difficult too. My newest container didn't even have a scoop. The packaging definitely needs an upgrade.

Good, except for the container

I've been taking this product for a few years. I have very weak nails and do feel this helps. However, the new packaging is terrible. While I fully agree with utilizing less plastic, this new container is not the way to do it. The description on the container claims you can lock the top....no way. It's flimsy and will spill if not extrememly careful. This colllagen costs way too much money for this type of packaging.
