Difficult Opening Lid

I've been taking this product daily for 3 weeks. I hope I didn't stabilize the ingredients when I opened the top.
This rip pull mechanism is not user friendly. The one line or so instruction was impossible to follow. I eventually opened the top and the lid is mishandled. So goes saving plastic, I have covered the top with plastic wrap and a rubberband and stored in dry place. Hope this is still affective for price and time.

Likes this product but not new product designs

I like this product and have been taking it for many years and have recommended it to clients not only for joints but for additional protein. It melts well. I dislike that they did away with the scoop and now the plastic tub.

Great product on multiple levels

New packaging is impossible to open!

I had to cut the new packaging open with a steak knife! I followed the directions but that tiny tab is difficult to grasp, much less pull! I ended up with torn paper all over my countertop and still had to cut my way to the product and pour it into the old container. I have had this product on monthly reorder for several years but will start looking for another product in customer-friendly packaging!!!

Cardboard Canister is a Disaster

The new cardboard packaging is a disaster! When you eventually do get it open, the flimsy canister is mangled. The paper "lid" is a floppy flap, incapable of adequately sealing/protecting the integrity of the product. I'm so glad I didn't toss my last plastic canister in the recycling bin, since the new powder got transferred there. A rigid canister which could be refilled via bagged powder or even a resealable, ziploc-esque pouch would be preferable. Your product is fantastic, but your packaging needs attention.

Poor packaging

The new packaging is not convenient at all. The top does not seal so I doubt how fresh it can keep the product, but that aside, if it gets knocked over then all the contents spill out. I ended up pouring it all in the old packaging that I had kept. I think that switching to a resealable bag would be more eco friendly but also still useable. It would also be easier to pour into a new container if someone wishes to use one. I've been purchasing every month for over 5 years and I love the product, but the new packaging needs to be rethought.

The new packaging is ridiculous. You should have sold it as a “refill” because the paper packaging is not resealable and not convenient for daily use.
