worst packaging ever!!!

I will not buy this product again if the packaging is not changed. It is a disaster! How could you possible think this change was ok?

I promise you the new packaging is not that hard

Like anything new, it takes a moment to adjust. But if you pause, take a deep breath, and carefully read the instructions, you'll be able to open the lid and locate the pull tab with ease.

Love the new packaging!

Purchased this brand because of the new less plastic packaging. I have had no problems with opening and the powder has kept well. Thanks for this thoughtful eco friendly option.

Terrible packaging

Terrible packaging, won’t buy this anymore unless the packaging goes back to the way it was. Paper is meant for 1 time use like the paper straws that replaced the plastic straws. It’s horrible to keep humidity out - product just spoils/clumps and it deteriorates each time I open and close it. Opening the package was also a big mess. This was not well thought out. Please bring back the old packaging.

Horrible Packaging

I've been using this for years. The new packaging is horrible and I can't open it! Will probably find a new collagen product that actually opens unless you decide to go back to the old packaging.

Horrible new packaging

I’ve been using this product for years and always loved it, but the new packaging is absolutely horrible. For that reason I’ve given 3 stars. May have to switch to a new collagen that’s easier to open.

Been taking it for many years. Love it, but the new container is horrible. We save an old plastic container to pour it in after destroying the new container trying to get it open

New Packaging is Horrible

Love the powder- Hate the new packaging!
New cardboard packaging is horrible! There not way to secure the lid after opening. It’s just a flap and one tip of the canister will have all your powder on the counter and floor. Luckily I saved one of the old canisters so will have to reuse that. How about you make a pretty and functional reusable can with scoop and sell the powder in a bag to refill it with?!
