Veey Hard to open

Can't even open the package, NOT USER FRIENDLY UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO DO SO. Even my husband couldn't open without spilling the product. They originally had an easy open product with a scoop then the discontinued the scoop. Ugh so disappointed . Poor customer cheap design.

Since you are no longer providing a scoop, how are we to know what one serving is? Also, your new packaging is extremely hard to open.

Though we’re foregoing our scoop, consumers can still expect the same efficacious collagen peptides they know and love. The recommended dosages will remain the same, we will simply change dosing instructions on pack, shifting from scoops to tablespoons. New container “Lid” hated old people.

Product is great. We use it all the time. The new packaging sucks. Who could grab that little paper tab on the new “Lid” and pull it open with the fit it has. Tab tears. Can’t even get it with my teeth. Had to punch the whole top in to get it to move. Whoever engineered this one hates old people.

New packaging

I gave in and pulled out a pair of pliers to pull up the top. Will the product stay fresh in something so flimsy? Fortunately, I hadn't taken out my recycling, so I happily transferred the powder to the freshly used VP Collagen plastic one, which I will continue to use. It's worth it for the product benefits!
