New package

For those that do not like the new packaging… Take the new container and dump it into your plastic one. I recycle and up cycle so I have the older ones to use but I decided to not do so. I minded the new package in the beginning but I’m ok with it. I am doing my best to rid my life of plastic. I purchased this one bz the flavor ones (still in plastic) do not agree with my system. I add liquid flavor monk fruit or liquid stevia and it’s the best. The only issue I have with the new package is it someone drops it. My family member has shaky hands so some sort of little clip would be ideal to lock the new package just in case it gets dropped.

BAD PACKAGING

I like the product. I HATE YOUR NEW PACKAGING. WE HAVE TRIED TWICE TO OPEN YOUR NEW PACKAGING. SO GLAD I KEPT MY ORGAIN CONTAINER SO I COULD DUMP YOUR PRODUCT INTO THAT CONTAINER. GO BACK TO WHAT WORKED!! I WON'T TRY YOURS AGAIN!!

Amino Acid Profile

Hi Vital! Does the advanced formula have the same amino acid profile as the original formula? I don’t see it on the label. I have been loving Vital Proteins for almost ten years now.

Plastic in powder

See attached photos. Little plastic bits from the cap are falling off and getting mixed in to the powder. They are small enough you would easily not notice and ingest them.

At first I didn’t like your new packaging but after buying it a couple of time I prefer the new packaging. I haven’t seen much improvement on my joints but then again they are messed up.

Poor lid design

The lid is awful! It took me five minutes to open. It’s made of flimsy paper, and I dropped the product twice because of it. Both times, a lot of the contents spilled out, leaving me with far less to use. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose so much product due to poor packaging. A sturdier lid would make all the difference.
