Wish it came with more product in the containers

Product doesn’t come with a scooper that was a major disappointment and product didn’t even come to a medium amount in the container for the amount I spent for it

Hello Uneke! We are happy to provide some information regarding our product filling quantities: Our canisters are filled by weight (as specified by the number of ounces on your canister) rather than volume. Due to the nature of the powder product, some canisters may have a denser batch of collagen, resulting in an amount that appears to be "lower" in the canister, or even a more loosely-packed batch that appears to be "higher" in the canister! However, all of our canisters are filled to the exact weight and number of servings as listed!
We leave extra room in the canister to allow for the product to expand and settle, as it tends to do so during transport. To account for this, we provide an average fill line on our canisters indicated by a small line at the edge of your product's label and is labeled "FILL LINE".
At Vital Proteins, we believe protecting our planet is vital. As of December 2022, we began to remove our plastic scoops from all products. We have the belief that caring for people also means caring for their environment.

Nail review

This is a quick dissolving collagen that's without any flavor. I'm hoping this collagen is better than my last collagen because my nails are in horrible shape. My nails are splitting and breaking, I've never had that before. I'm giving this review a 4 start as I do not know how my nails will fair.

New package is horrible

The product itself is great but their new package sucks. If you have nails or suffer from arthritis you will not be able to even open it.

Hate the new paper packaging.

I love the product but cannot, but the new packaging is terrible. I have arthritis and cannot open the new “ paper” container. I have noticed similar comments from those with arthritis. This morning I finally, I had to open a new container and after several attempts to open, I finally had to chop it up to gain entry. This is ridiculous. I fortunately kept an old screw top container and I have to dump the contents into it once I finally open the one with the new packaging. If you cannot offer a package that is user friendly to those of us with arthritis can, I will have to change to a brand I can open.

Hate the new paper packaging.

I love the product but cannot open the new “paper” container. I have arthritis in my hands and this morning I finally had to take a knife and chop up the top to get into the container. This is ridiculous. Please go back to the screw top. If not, I will have to change to a brand I can open. I hate to do that as I have been taking Vital Proteins for many years. There must be a way to be friendly to the environment and still make a container those of us with arthritis can open!!

Product packaging is terrible

Product is great and notice a considerable difference in health. Also the new packaging is terrible. Take note, the packaging receives bad reviews consistently on all websites. Please change back to the tub type with screw lid.

Great supplement

Been taking this for over 3 years and I love it. It dissolves total in my coffee. I have thought about going to another brand just because of the new packaging. I have to cut a hole in it and pour it into my old plastic container. Have spilled alot on just trying to open. This was a very bad idea to change package.
