Taste is horrendous

The smell and taste of this formula is the most wretched thing I have ever put in my mouth. I don’t know how people can’t smell this or taste it! I have tried it in coffee, juice, water and yogurt. It is absolutely terrible. The consistency is of Elmer’s Glue. Does it work? I don’t know. But I still drink it every day because I want pretty skin.

I can`t recommend your Product until you fix it.

The Product is fine. It`s the container is a pain to open and reseal. you have a great product why would you jeopardize your great product for a real bad container.

Horrible Packaging

The new packaging is awful! For people with arthritis in their hands or that have other physical limitations, this container is NOT user friendly. I would think that half to the majority of customers using this product are women 45+ years old who are looking for joint support. This packing is counterintuitive! I really like the product itself but if I have to wait for someone to open it for me, I will no longer buy it. Please reconsider! Plastic recycles.

New packaging is AWFUL!!

The new packaging is HORRIBLE!! I have been using this product for over a year and was enjoying the benefits but the new packaging will make me stop buying it. It doesn’t seal so you can’t travel with it. It is hard to open, I spilled HALF of my container trying to get it open. It won’t stay fresh. I will find another brand of collagen to buy.
