LOVE the Paper Canister!

Thank you for switching to a compostable package! Oatmeal has been sold in paper canisters forever with no troubles, so I'm glad you made the switch. It's good to know my new Collagen canister will disintegrate unlike my old plastic ones, which will be around for centuries to come. :o\

Taking this product daily has helped improve my nails, skin and nails but I wouldn’t say it was a game changer. I like the fact that it doesn’t have many ingredients.

Can’t Open Package

I love the product itself but the packing is the worst! If you don’t have a firm grip and strong hands you’re not getting it open. I’ve had to wait days for someone to come open it for me. Another time I hacked into it myself with scissors and that was a disaster. I’ll not buy again for this reason.

Horrible container!

Horrible container! For the love of God, please come up with something else that's easier to open. With that said, I've used Vital Proteins for over 5 years and love the product. My hair, nails, skin and joints have improved significantly. Just please come up with something else on your container.

Absolutely despise the new packaging

Please bring back the old packaging or change to some thing similar. The new packaging is very difficult to use and makes me not want to continue purchasing this product.

Love the eco-packaging!

I love the new packaging! I felt guilty buying the monstrous plastic tub and considered stopping taking collagen because of it. But now with the new container, the qualms are gone. I also appreciate that there is no longer a scoop for the same reason. Before, the scoops would pile up and because of the size you can't recycle them. Besides, there's always the option of just using a regular tablespoon.
Five stars for how well it dissolves and because of the new packaging. Four stars because it really is not flavorless, and because I've been taking it forever and I honestly don't know if it really makes a difference. (But how are you supposed to, really?)

Paper Packaging

I like the product, but the paper package is the worst I have ever experienced. I will be shopping for another brand with plastic containers instead.
