Perfectly tasteless!

Packaging is great! I don't see why everyone is having an issue with it, mine opened up easily and closes nicely. Its flavorless which is perfect and dissolves like a charm! Just started taking it so will see how I feel in a few weeks but so far so good and gentle on the stomach which is awesome!

Great new packaging

I love the new eco friendly packaging. I didn’t find it difficult to open/close at all. Some people can
be resistant to change. I am trying to cut down on forever plastics and specifically look for products packaged without it. Thank you. I applaud your efforts. Your product dissolves easily & doesn’t alter the taste of liquid or food.

Terrible cardboard canister

I do not have an issue with the product, but with the cardboard canister. It is very difficult for a senior citizen to open. I had to take a sharp knife to get it done, so I will no longer buy this product if this packaging continues. I also do not like the scoop being left out.

This initiative is one change Vital Proteins is taking toward a more sustainable future. We do not recommend using anything sharp tools to open your packaging. If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. We will record your feedback and provide this information to our team for further review

Headaches

The idea that this product helps me with my overall health was the reason for me purchasing but when I tried it for a week I realized this product causes me to have headaches.

Great product, horrendous packaging

As someone who suffers from arthritis, I have used and loved Vital Proteins for years. The new packaging however, is impossible for my hands to open. I have to cut into the container and transfer the power into something else. I admire the company for trying to cut down on plastic use, but this can't be the only solution. I will no longer be buying this product as it simply isn't worth the struggle.

Finally found a collagen that dissolves completely in my coffee, doesn’t leave any aftertaste, and makes my skin look hydrated and a bit firmer. I lost hope after turning 60.
