Terrible Terrible Container!!

I love the product but not the new packaging. I could not open and had to take a knife to the cardboard container and totally destroy the container. Now I have to store the product in some else.

I’m jumping on the NO PAPER CONTAINER BANDWAGON. it is horrible!!!!! As others, had difficulty getting it opened. Then in trying to transfer contents to another container (wish I had saved the plastic one 😡), I nearly spilled all of the contents out because the flimsy paper buckled under my pouring hand. Come on people!!!!

Ridiculous new packaging

I know I won’t be the only one who will no longer purchase due to the new packaging. First you take away the scoop and now you have this ridiculous cardboard canister! Not only was it terrible to open, but I don’t believe it’s going to stay fresh! Bring back the plastic container!

With this change along with the removal of our scoops, we are able to reduce our environmental plastic waste by 1,800M tons, and reduce our overall plastic use by 90% across all of our canister offerings. Even if you live in a hot or humid area, our paperboard canister’s pull tab lid is designed to open easily and lock in freshness. Makes a delicious clean hot chocolate!

I LOVE the products. I use the lemon to flavor and boost plain yogurt--so delicious! And I use the chocolate to make my daily morning hot chocolate to sip on my way to work. I am going to say, like many other, that I do not like the new packaging either.

I can see the difference in my skin and nails. New packing is terrible to open, but once I get it open, I just transfer to another sealable, reusable container. Hopefully it is biodegradable and reduces plastic waste.
