Disastrous Container

You have a fantastic product but have chosen to put it in an ill designed, ridiculously complicated, disaster of a container. I would be completely unable to access the contents if I didn’t have access to a saw. That’s right, I have to use a saw in the garage to get it open. I have terrible arthritis in my hands, this is the ONLY thing I can’t get open using my creative methods. What in the world are you doing? I hope you get rid of these outrageous containers ASAP. Until you do I’m forced to go elsewhere for my collagen. What a shame!!! You say you are “saving the planet” or some silly thing. I guess your thinking is if you can make a container that NO ONE will buy, you’ll save the world because you’ll have no customers therefore no need for containers!

Do not recommend this product

Unfortunately even though I had great hopes for this it was a let down. The "unflavored" had a weird flavor when mixed in water and the powder never truly mixed there were always lumps left. I tried a shaker cup, electric whisk, electric frother, nothing helped. I would not recommend this product!

Once loved this product.

Too many changes recently. I agree with everyone else about the packing. It is ridiculous. Luckily I saved an old container and I just transfer the new powder over but that is after I have to destroy the new container trying to open it. Also, why the bitter/sour taste now? It took me awhile to figure out why my coffee was tasting sour and through a process of elimination I figured it out. It was the powder! I think I’ll be looking for a new product.

Good product, but you will HATE the packaging.

Love the product. Hate the new packaging. I have been using VP for a couple of years now, and definitely feel the benefits in my joint health. My dissatisfaction is with the packaging. It is difficult to open and it does not keep a secure seal over its lifetime. If you think about it, the paper used required deforestation of trees, which kills animal habitat and takes away oxygen production. I know you will say that the paper can be recycled….but so can plastics.

Great collagen, horrible packaging

Still best collagen product out there. WORST packaging EVER. I saved my old tub and pour in there. And holy crap would a scoop really kill the profits or planet? Thats paper tub is garbage….hard to open and wont reseal.

We have been using this product for several years and find it fits our health needs. Easily dissolves, have tried multiple flavors but the unflavored is just that and doesn't add to whatever "Smoothie" you are using. Nails and hair like it.
