I haven't noticed any difference in my joints, nails, hair or skin yet. My issue is the container starts 28 servings and I only had 18 or 19, quite a difference.

All of our canisters are filled by weight rather than volume - this means that without the use of a scale, neither a tablespoon or scoop measurement will be accurate 100% of the time! For this reason, the number of servings listed on our canisters is listed as an approximate amount, noted by "Servings Per Container About __". The best way to scoop collagen to ensure you are getting the most accurate measurement is to take a spoon and spoon the collagen out into your measuring device (or tbsp). Completely level off the powder and place into your liquid of choice– measuring powder this way ensures that you don’t affect the product density while scooping making the most repeatable, accurate measurement each time. The Collagen Great, Packaging Awful.

Bring back plastic containers, or at least one with a screw-on plastic top. A slight slip of the hand, and it spilled everywhere! I was able to figure it out quickly, but I lost half the container, and cleanup of collagen dust isn't simple. There is no good reason to go with all paper. We're all over it. Paper is a dirty energy intensive industry. I will buy only if price is best, and I find a glass container for the collagen.

Not liking new container

I have been taking this for many years and do not like the new packaging at all. It’s hard to open and found little bits of hard things in it. Not sure it’s collagen or something else.

10+yr Customer and New Packaging is a Dealbreaker!

I've been using this collagen exclusively for over ten years, adding it to my coffee every day. The quality has always been great, but the recent changes are disappointing. First, they got rid of the scoops. Fine, I saved about six or eight and I reuse them. Now, they've replaced the sturdy, recyclable plastic containers with flimsy cardboard packaging.
This new container is completely impractical for a kitchen setting since it can easily get wet and ruined. As a daily collagen user, I typically go through a big container over the course of a month, but I doubt this packaging will even last that long. It feels like the company is cutting costs at the expense of the user experience, so I'm done. There are many good/clean brands available now. Do better VP!

Sneaky binding arbitration agreement

I really like this product (even the new packaging). Unfortunately I just became aware of the binding arbitration agreement that is hinned underneath the lid of the packagr so you cannot see it until you open it.
I dont know how to put my trust in a product thats no sneaky and afraid of being sued for whatever they might do wrong. I will be looking for an alternative, and suggest you do the same unless you're willing to give up your rigghts.
