Customer-Unfriendly Packaging

I've been using this product (formerly 5 stars) for at least 3 years and wonder whose BAD IDEA it was to switch packaging. This is the worst ever. I finally used pliers to grasp the edge since my 74 year-old fingers do not have the grip strength required to open this container.
I hope you are getting great personal satisfaction for "saving the planet with your ridiculous sustainable packaging" because that has obviously become more important than your customers' satisfaction!

TERRIBLE new packaging

Love the product and have used it for years but the new package is SO bad that it will prevent me from buying it any more. I can't even open the package.

New packaging impossible to open

I have used this product for years and will now have to stop due to the packaging. This new packaging is impossible to open. I had to wait for my son-in-law to come over in order to open it and even he had trouble with it. I certainly hope you go back to the old packaging and until then, I will have to find a new product.

Awful new packaging

First let me say I love the actual product. I’ve used your collagen a long time and it’s excellent. Now let me tell you that the devil himself must’ve designed your new paper packaging and as much as I love your product, the unholy misery it takes to open it is absolutely not worth the ire that comes from my body and the expletives that come from my mouth just attempting it. You should immediately fire whoever designed that. I understand your desire to remove the plastic, but this “solution” is unacceptable. I’ll be finding another brand that doesn’t put me through torture to use their product. I know I’m not alone in this review because I’ve read so many of the same on pretty much every page that sells your product. Listen to the people already.

Great packaging

I actually love the cardboard packaging and I switched from a different brand because of it. I haven’t had any problems with it. Thank you for offering choices to consumers who are trying to avoid plastic. Now, please add cardboard packaging to marine collagen :-) I happen to be a marine collagen gal.

TERRIBLE paper packaging in that the lid doesn’t even stay on. Terrible example of sustainable packaging creating actual FOOD WASTE.

Packaging is AWFUL

The product is good, the packaging is AWFUL. Had to use my teeth to open it; and have spilled it twice when taking it off the shelf.
