Poor, Ill-Conceived New Packaging

I have to give this two stars, inspite of loving the product, because of their new packaging, which makes it an inconvenient mess to use. I love the concept of conservation and using biodegradable packaging, but this does not WORK! There is no way (and my husband is in construction and very handy) to open this package without annihilating the cardboard top and rendering it useless to properly contain the contents. Please either go back to plastic or rethink the design. It's not fair to consumers who put their hard-earned money into supporting you.

Hate the new formua

I've been using the Vital Proteins with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid for years, but the new "Advanced" version is not good. It doesn't dissolve in my coffee like the old formula; it sits on top like a curdled oil slick. It also makes the coffee taste bitter ,where the old version didn't do that either. Please bring back the old formula.

Super & eco new paper package. Great engineering!

Absolutely LOVE the new packaging (and still love the product). Crazy good engineering to keep it sealed air/moisture tight but create an operable lid that stays open virtually all out of paperboard. I was HIGHLY suspicious that it would work and it worked like a charm and keeps a huge plastic bin out of landfill or incomplete recycling. Pinched the top, pulled up, pulled the paper ring and it worked perfectly. Sorry to others who might not have had the same experience but it worked beautifully for me. Would love other co's to do the same. I'm a fan of product and container now.

Horrible New Packaking

We have used this product for a many years. The new packaging is horrible and sucks! Until they fix the packaging, we will be purchasing alternative brands.

Packaging Workout

I've been using this brand for several years. I thought eliminating the scoop was petty, but whoever came up with the new packaging, I predict will lose his/her job after people run low on their first tub with this packaging. I'm done with the brand. Opening packages should never be this difficult, "pinch and lift"? Really? You didn't consider that some of your customers may be older than 40. After ripping it open with a knife, I poured it into the old container.

Great product. Terrible packaging.

I enjoy this product. New packaging is awful. There is no way someone who has arthritis or isn’t very strong can get to the product. I had to use a knife to cut through packaging.

Cardboard containers

I have been taking this for years, But after getting these cardboard containers, I will discontinue using this product and find another product to use. This is terrible.
