Where are the amino acids??

I hate they took out amino acids in this new packaging! Why?? Amino acids ate very important for collagen building. You had them in your old packaging!’

Thanks for reaching out! Our Collagen peptides include a combination of 18 essential and non-essential amino acids, including glycine, hydroxyproline, proline and leucine. While we previously provided a “typical” amino acid profile we have opted to remove it from labeling because the amino acids are naturally occurring and can vary from lot to lot. Please be assured that our formula remains unchanged and continues to deliver the same great results you know and love. Love the new container

I have to laugh when I hear so many people complaining about the packaging.. Hello people... Most of our recycled plastics never get recycled! Thank you vital proteins for being a responsible manufacturer! Please don't listen to consumers who are so "inconvenienced" by having to put the product in another container.. 😭 let's all please consider the earth and all the garbage we already dump in her.. I know I already have a ton of left over vital protein containers.. They work perfectly! 😊

Been using this generally great Collagen Peptieds product for a number of years, however, new packaging is poor and unsatisfactory. It may or may not be contributing to difficulties getting product to easily and fully disolve which is also unsatisfactory. Please fix these issues which are sufficiently significant to send me looking for alternative products.

Highly Recommend, Packaging is fine!

I love this product. I see the difference and feel it in my skin. The flavor is minimal (I put it hot water with lemon every morning) and I can barely taste it. As far as packaging, I imagine all of these people complaining just don't know how to read instructions. Not only is this more sustainable, it is very easy. Can't recommend enough!

I hate jumping on the band wagon, but I'm hoping that if there's enough of us complaining about the packaging, we can make a change. This packaging really put me in my own Sword and the Stone movie- starring me. Jen- can you please help us out so we don't have to switch to a new brand for collagen? We all wanna look like you and we don't wanna settle for another off-brand

I'm pretty happy with this product. My hair feels softer and I'm finally meeting my daily protein intake with this added to my daily diet. I barely notice a taste which I prefer. And LOVE that the container is 90% paper versus plastic. You have to pay attention to direction when opening container but worth it - the less plastic my food touches the healthier the product is for my body.

Clumpy Aftertaste

This new formula clumps up so much in my coffee and has a weird aftertaste! Going back to the original formula or trying a different brand.
