Took some time to see results

I’ve been taking this for about a year. Didn’t really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don’t give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that’s not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don’t notice the taste.

I purchased Vital Proteins Collagen a month ago and I used it daily in my morning coffee. I felt results in my joints less than two weeks that use to ache daily. I will continue to use it and purchase more. I recommended to my older sister. We are both in our early sixties.

I have been using this product for over a year and it saved me from knee surgery! I was willing to trying a number of different options before scheduling surgery. This product received great reviews so I tried it. Being more expensive than other collagen powders on the market, I tried another brand. It didn't work the way Vital Proteins works for me. So now I am committed to using only this product routinely! I am a very satisfied customer that has been spreading the word to anyone I know with knee or hip pain.
