Great for multiple uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the water kettle because we recently welcomed our first baby. In an effort to keep the home uncluttered, we only purchase items that have multiple purposes. We didn’t want to purchase a separate bottle warmer for my frozen milk. This kettle is perfect because it’s heats up both water for my husband and I, which we use a lot, and a bottle of milk for our son. With the built in temperature setting for bottles we no longer have to continuously check if the bottle is warm, if it’s still too cold, or too hot. Our counter still looks clear and uncluttered with this sleek kettle. We also don’t contribute to purchasing another appliance, like a baby bottle warmer, that will ultimately end up in the landfill. Another huge plus, which is not easy to find, is that there is no plastic inside kettle where the water heats up, so no need to worry about anything leaching out. Even overpriced kettles such as the SMEG one has cheap plastic inside. Lastly, the kettle is incredibly easy to clean. I can’t say enough nice things about this kettle and brand, in general.

Beautiful but Difficult to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tea kettle is elegant and does a nice job of bringing the water to the correct temperature. It also has only glass and stainless steel touching the water, which is the reason I purchased it. But the beep to let you know it is ready is so soft that it is almost nonexistent and the warm function is not working properly. Buttons to turn on and off need to be pressed hard to work so overall it is difficult to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First day’s impression: comfortable, easy to use, all features some could possibly wish for a kettle to have.

The company should consider stopping selling goods in russia - the terrorist state. Taxes paid there prolong the war which russia started.

Expensive, features are too simple for price

While the kettle has a nice industrial design, the software is lacking. There is no precise temperate control (the plus/minus buttons only do time control), there's no changing temperature without rebooting the kettle, and there is only one brightness level. Thankfully, the sound can be muted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TLDR:
Pros: Non-toxic materials, brewing filter for tea, custom temperature options.

Cons: Plastic, non-rubberized handle, flat touch panel (no buttons), filter built into lid (needs to be removed before filling), expensive.
I purchased this item specifically because I read that it uses the safest materials and design on the market - in terms of material toxicity and electrical safety. It functions as intended and I love the filter in the lid to brew fresh custom tea. However, it lacks some quality of life features that other models have.
1) The handle is plastic. Other models have a rubbery grip and the handle on the other models extends all the way to the base, to prevent slipping.
2) The flat touch panel is not satisfying. Other models have a simple switch that you can press for basic heating.
3) The lid requires removal before filling with water. Other models have a lid that flips open, and a lever to do so easily with one hand. I understand that this might be a tricky redesign, given the filter in this one. It would be great if the filter was an optional insert, separate from the lid.
For these drawbacks the price is quite high. But it gets the job done, so it’s okay.

Great Kettle

Only issue is that inside the base of the Kettle it started to rust after a few uses of the Kettle. Not sure if it was a defect but will need to return it. Overall a very good kettle

Functional and aesthetically pleasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the white version. It’s sleek and clean looking, don’t mind having it on the counter. The controls are not the most intuitive, but quick to get the hang of. Cons: Sometimes the buttons don’t register my touch; and, the manual is vague on daily maintenance, but it does need to be cleaned and dried completely after each use to prevent rust, which means no filling it up to be ready for morning tea. i wish the kettle bottom was glass to allow for this.
