[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our drip coffee machine and would highly recommend! The company is fantastic and quick to respond to any concerns and questions I had.
4/5 is because I so wish they had a model that had the stay warm feature, I feel like we have to drink this pot of coffee quickly to get through the pot while it’s hot.

hot plate too short / no replacement parts

hot plate shuts off at 30 minutes. I wanted to purchase an insulated coffee carafe to solve the problem, but you do not provide service of replacement part.
