Delicious Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product not only looks beautiful and high end on my kitchen counter, it also makes an incredibly coffee.
Only issue now is that after my second use the small nozzle on the top of the glass jug has already chipped and does not stay in place. Upsetting for such an expensive product.

Beautiful coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful coffee maker. Doesn’t beep, after coffee is ready, but we got used to that. The burner doesn’t keep the coffee warm, so don’t plan on a second cup 1+ hours later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best tasting coffee

This machine makes spectacular tasting coffee. Getting started requires looking at the instructions. But if you take 2 min to figure it out the reward comes in coffee that tastes so much better than what I had in the past.

Sleek and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this product so far. I just don't like that it shuts off after 30 min. I enjoy pouring my coffee out of the glass carafe and having to remember to pour into a separate sealed carafe that will keep it hot after 30 min is a nuisance.

Great coffee and compact size; timer issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the coffee taste and compact size. Purchased to match our other 2 Zwilling products as they have been outstanding. We had to improvise to fill the water as our kitchen cabinets are low. Just bought a measuring cup with a long spout and tilt to fill the water reservoir. We had a problem with the timer not going off and contacted Zwilling. After a few conversations we were able to return and they sent a new coffee maker within a week. Great customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews an amazing cup of coffee. The machine is sleek and appealing. Only 2 things I wish were different and why I did not give it a full 5 stars. I wish the water container was removable and the machine was easier to program. The dial can be confusing and complicated, plus it only uses military time.
